Many factors must be considered including future growth, community zoning codes, adequate supply of the proper raw materials, market demand, and incoming and outgoing shipping routes. Once this information is available, member of Spancrete's staff can assist in making final site decisions.

Plant Layout

Spancrete Machinery will make recommendations for a complete indoor or outdoor plant facility and will provide drawings (subject to approval by local engineers to insure compliance with local codes and soil conditions) for the installation of casting beds.

The Spancrete machine can be custom designed to meet the specific needs of the customer.

One Spancrete extruder can produce standard floor and roof plank from 10cm/4in to 38cm/15in in depth, with spans capable of reaching over 18m/60ft.

Spancrete hollowcore wall panels can be vertical or horizontal, insulated or non-insulated with smooth, exposed aggregate, ribbed, broomed, false joints or other special textured surfaces.

Spancrete's hydraulic tamping and troweling mechanisms result in smooth, perfectly flat surfaces which can be carpeted or tiled directly with minimal preparation. Unmatched dimensional specifications within 1,5mm/.063in, the tightest standards in the industry.

Fast Turnaround

Preparing the machine for another plank size can be accomplished in less that one hour.

For example, the Spancrete machine can produce a 38cm/15in Ultra-light plank and less than one hour later, the same machine can produce a 15cm/6in Spancrete wall panel.
